From Hwy 264 in Window Rock, AZ – turn NW onto IR12; continue about 5 miles to the signal light in Fort Defiance; keep traveling NW towards Blue Canyon on Main St. (labeled Kit Carson Dr. on map) for about 3 miles – OLBS is on the left side of road
